Accommodations Profile

This form is for creating a profile to store what accommodations you will need for any future event. You only need to fill this out once. Any future submission will update the information on your profile. 

If requesting an ASL interpreter, please give us at least 7 days advance notice to make sure we can find one! We will do our best to find one regardless of the date of request, but the sooner you let us know, the more likely we are able to secure one.

Please note that audio descriptions are not always available for films. If it is, we will mention that it is available on request in the accessibility info for that event. Otherwise, we can do our best to find a member volunteer to provide in-person audio descriptions, but please keep in mind that currently the number of members we have who can volunteer for this is very limited. We are in the process of learning how we can train our members for in-person audio description so that we can fulfill this accommodation more easily but we have not reached that state yet.
